Surprisingly excellent massage given my last minute late booking. I only had 30 mins but the therapist had the professional touch to make me feel better in that time, and I wished I’d been able to extend to one hour. I wish all Thai massages were this good. 90% of them are worse than this.
Had a relaxing massage here today. Very reasonable price. Easy parking. Will be coming back again.

I had an experience of a life time in this place. It's seriously the best massage I have ever had. I booked a 90 mins session as a couple for me and my husband. I cannot thank Maggie and colleague enough, its was absolutely fantastic. These girls put so much energy and strength into the session that me and my husband felt completely relaxed, tension free and so rejuvenated. I suffer from Arthritis, and I explained this to Maggie and she used just the right amount of pressure and hit the exact spots that needed some attention. I have already recommended this place to several friends and family. The prices are so reasonable and there's free car park space nearby, so no worries there. Book now!More reviews+12
I have just been there and I feel so relaxed! Very professional, they check with you if you feel ok and they massage your muscles accordingly. I have been with my fiance in a double bed room and we are both pleased with the quality of the massage.

Absolutely amazing service. Not only are the masseuses fantastic but the treatments are also very affordable. I live a 30 minute drive from the spa but it’s definitely worth the drive and every penny. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing massage and experience. Prepare to feel born again!

My first Thai massage yesterday evening with the lovely Maggy! She was so lovely, and made me feel at ease. Came home and felt so relaxed. Alot of my tension in my back has gone! Will definitely be booking again:) Thanks Maggy!

My husband and I have been going to the team at His & Hers wellbeing for about 2 years or more now and they are absolutely fantastic! I have a lot of old injuries and work as a very busy personal trainer so I need regular soft tissue treatment. We always leave feeling so much better and they are incredibly talented at helping us recover from sore muscles and our various injuries and aches. Cannot recommend them enough. :-)I came in for a Pamper massage with my Mom, We were late by 20 minutes but the staff was very accomodating. Both the Message Therapists provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend their services for a comfortable and relaxing massage experience. Five stars for service :)

Visited today for a soft/medium massage. Was experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back, glutes and hamstrings. The massure was amazing, she could feel where my muscles were tight and went to work to loosening them up, using a hot oil. I felt so much better afterwards, my back pain has practically gone but my legs are still a bit sore. I went home and fell to sleep for about 4 hours i felt so relaxed. I will definitely be going again.A lovely little place, that adds a touch of the Thai exotic. I love going here after a particularly tough gym session or a squash game. Your muscles do take some conditioning to be able to take the strength of the therapists, so it is essential you indicate how much effort they're to use; soft, medium, hard. By default they will hunt out every muscle knot and keep at it until it disappears.
His and Her Wellbeing have our wellbeing at the top of their priority list. Fantastic quality massage (even if they do hurt sometimes). All positive experience treatments, great staff and the best money I spend on myself.
I’m a photograoher and long hours gives you an ache back. This was just like Thailand tough but do satisfying they really knew what they were doing I was so relaxed ! Highly recommend if you want an authentic Thai massage if you have never had one I would recommend oil, if you are used to go for authentic Thai massage
His And Her Wellbeing offers a no-nonsense Thai massage at a completive price. On my last visit, my therapist Da provided a Thai massage as effective at releasing muscle tightness as any sports massage I've had.
